This is ND-GearSportUltimate2, found only it in the Galaxy App Store.  It has 12 Apps & 8 Backgrounds ( tap center to change).  This version has the 12hr/24hr auto change mode & you can switch between MILES and Km for distance through the S-Health App.  I hope you like it, and you can check out the updated original version ND-GearSportUltimate.
